Community Lifestyle magazines

Community Lifestyle magazine gives Chambers of Commerce a new, upscale publication format in which to showcase the Chamber, its members and community.

By taking advantage of the very latest communication technology, Suburban Lifestyle’s Convergence Publishing Program allows Chambers of Commerce the opportunity to give their members what they most frequently say they are looking for from their Chamber: new ways to reach more potential customers and market their businesses, products and services.

The full-color, oversize-format (9x12) Suburban Lifestyle magazine includes lavishly illustrated feature articles about the people, places and events that make your community unique: arts, cultural attractions and events; comprehensive listings of all area restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues; advice to help readers enjoy a more healthy lifestyle; spotlight on activities and programs for seniors; facts and tips on local neighborhoods and real estate; complete listing of community contacts, as well as social, civic, religious, business and youth organizations; a guide to indoor and outdoor recreation; helpful information about schools; local and national trends; and enlightening, page-turning cover stories about what’s happening now in your community.

Suburban Lifestyle addresses a growing trend in the publishing industry toward “lifestyle” oriented magazines that give readers pertinent community information framed in a feature-article style, vs. the “facts-and-figures” format.

As with the rest of the family of Village Profile publications, Suburban Lifestyle’s Convergence Publishing Program™ gives participating Chambers a web site on the Community Profile Network at www.villageprofile.com plus downloadable eBooks of the entire printed publication (on which your Chamber also collects ongoing royalties). Ads are linked directly to the advertisers’ own websites, as well as from the magazine’s ad index.
