I wanted to let you know how pleased I was with the sales campaign for the 2008 publication. {Our VP sales representative} Patrick is enthusiastic, industrious, efficient, professional, energetic, and extremely savvy. Not only did he achieve a dramatic sales increase in a remarkably short amount of time (finishing the project ahead of schedule), but he also made new friends in our community. The Chamber received only positive comments regarding Patrick. He is a tremendous asset to Village Profile, and a great ambassador of the collaborative relationship between Chambers and Village Profile.
Rob Arenz was our sales person and the feedback regarding his presentations were awesome. I was told he was "a delight, personable, not pushy, easy to work with and just a nice guy." He made a great impression and one you should be proud of. You have a great salesman in Rob and I look forward to working with him on our next project

I just read the first issue of Homer Glen Lifestyle magazine. I was very impressed and thoroughly enjoyed it – I read it from cover to cover! I have worked in Homer Glen almost 10 years (as a Marketing Assistant for a retirement community) and so I especially appreciated your accurate and balanced portrayal of the community... It's an outstanding publication!

The maps turned out great; they are a major improvement over our previous map. Our Board and Chamber members love them as well. We are interested in updating our community directory and would like information from you about that publication.

The response so far to this high quality magazine has been terrific. Employees and elected officials at City Hall have been repeating some of the "50 Fun Facts About Rancho Mirage;" many residents have found our office to pick up an extra copy or two to mail to friends and relatives in other parts of the country.
I do not often take the time from my packed schedule to write a fan letter, but felt I had to when your post-publication Survey arrived on my desk. I know I checked all 5's, which is also very unlike me. I am a hard grader but your team is so excellent, and customer service so outstanding from all aspects. Everyone is a pleasure to work with and all seem to know what is happening in all departments/. If only all companies we work with had the same kind of communication and customer service skills your employees do. I have recommended VP to other Chambers and will continue to do so.

in the production of several directories, and now the Arcadia City Map. We are
more than pleased with each book your company has done and now are delighted
with the new map. The quality of the finished product is excellent. The
cartography department always incorporated our suggestions & corrections and
the finished product is the most accurate map ever. The quality of the paper
used is heavier & tougher than we have had with previous companies. The
quality of the printing is excellent and the sales conducted by (Village Profile) was
of the highest caliber.
This is one of the best maps I have seen yet–everything works, from
the detailed map to the clear and well-planned ads!
I just got my hands on the Elgin Suburban Lifestyle issue and it is DYNAMITE! I think your content is informative and spirited and the graphics are so nice – and truly refreshing. I am also very pleased with how our Easter Seals ad looks. Very nice!
