Enterprise is a diversified community known for its friendly people and southern hospitality. Our unique quality of blending gracious old South charm with modern new South vitality has made Enterprise an ideal place to visit, shop, live, work and raise a family. A national publication recently named Coffee County one of “The Top Ten Places to Live in Rural America.” Our military friends and neighbors have helped us become a Retiree Model City, rated in the top 25 cities in the United States for military to retire.
Enterprise takes pride in our ability to expand and make a place for new people and new businesses. You will find that we have an excellent school system, ranked in the top 10 statewide, with three new schools scheduled to open by 2011. Enterprise-Ozark Community College provides excellent opportunities for continued education. Our new Civic/Senior Center and Downtown Farmers Market, both scheduled for completion in 2009, will add even more richness to our excellent quality of life.
Enterprise is a city of many opportunities and events to keep the whole family involved in our historical heritage, culture, fun and recreational activities. Year-round recreational facilities include a public golf course, parks and a recreational complex complete with a lake, walking trails, tennis courts, ball fields, soccer fields and picnic area.
