Millbrook Education
West Elmore County encompasses five public schools and five private and parochial schools in the Millbrook region. The city is in reach of excellent higher educational facilities including Alabama State University, Troy University at Montgomery, Huntingdon College, Auburn University at Montgomery and Faulkner University, all located within 15 miles of Millbrook. Two technical schools, Patterson State Technical College and Trenholm State Technical College, also reside in the area.
