Tallassee Elementary School
Barely older than its students, Tallassee Elementary School serves more than 1,000 children in grades K-4 and was a pilot school in the successful Alabama Reading Initiative. It also offers a mobile computer lab so every child can experience “hands-on” learning using modern information technology.
