The overall goal of the Chamber is to position the Chamber as a major action and influential organization in Glendale and the West Valley, through well-balanced programming that is implemented and communicated effectively. Specific goals as determined by the Chamberís Board of Directors, are:

• Develop 3-5 year Financial Plan for the organization.
• Develop an Education Roundtable to address K-12 and post secondary issues.
• Work with the City of Glendale to encourage downtown redevelopment efforts.
• Work with the City of Glendale on light rail planning efforts to minimize the impact to small business.
• Encourage involvement from minority businesses and develop assistance programs through the Chamber Foundation.
• Develop regional networking focus in areas not currently served (ie: Bell Road business corridor).
• Continue efforts to better market the Chamber to existing and potential members.
• Continue small business, economic development, tourism and marketing partnerships with the City of Glendale.
