Welcome to Arizona’s beautiful and dynamic Prescott Valley, a community of fresh air, nearby forests and mild seasons.
With ongoing hard work on part of the community, the Chamber and other Prescott Valley organizations, our economy has thrived and made substantial gains in the face of the toughest economy since the Great Depression. Industrial and commercial growth has enabled our local economy to remain upbeat and strong for visitors and residents alike. Equally important has been the expansion of shopping, hospitality, entertainment and attractions.
Fain Park was refreshed in the winter and spring with the refurbishment of the lake and facilities and is an enjoyable place for picnics, fishing, hiking and resting. The park has been enhanced by renewed beauty, relaxation and fishing opportunities. Year-round activities at Tim’s Toyota Center emerge with hockey, indoor football, indoor rodeo, concerts, circuses and much more. Prescott Valley also has 27 attractive parks which are equipped with soccer fields, baseball fields, basketball courts, picnic areas and numerous other opportunities for recreation.
Other entertainment venues throughout the year include the New Year’s Eve Celebration, the popular midwinter Polar Bear Splash, the Fourth of July Festival and the annual Prescott Valley Days events which include parades, antique tractor pulling contests, carnival rides and other fun events. In addition, the downtown Entertainment District features outdoor concerts, fine dining and more!
You might find that Prescott Valley has an enjoyable small town feel, but you will discover that our amenities are fun, relaxing and very satisfying. Come, visit and stay a lifetime!
Best wishes,
Harvey C. Skoog, Mayor
