The Benton Civitan Club is an organization committed to helping the developmentally disabled become active, independent, confident and successful members of the community. Education and services like a preschool program to prepare students for the public school environment; and adult programs to teach everyday life skills and goal setting; as well as residential services making apartment and group home living possible, help these citizens transition into everyday life.
The National Association of Junior Auxiliaries (NAJA) is a non-profit organization, comprised of women, with the objective to provide programs and resources through community outreach. The Benton chapter of NAJA primarily serves the youth and families of the area through programs like Gathering of Dreams, KidSource, and JA on Call. These programs work to provide everyday necessities to families, counseling, educational programs as well as scholarships.
