• Mayhaw Festival is sponsored by the South Arkansas Historical Foundation at the historic John Newton House.
• Main Street El Dorado’s Crawfish Boil/Battle of the Bands offers live music, crawfish and lots of fun in historic downtown El Dorado.
JUNE-AUGUST
• Showdown at Sunset is a historic re-enactment of the infamous Parnell-Tucker gunfight held on the courthouse square.
• Chamber’s annual Fantastic Fourth Celebration features fun for the whole family and spectacular fireworks.
SEPTEMBER
• Union County Fair is an annual favorite with musical talent, livestock, rides, food and a week-long event full of entertainment.
• SouthArk Outdoor Expo, held at South Arkansas Community College, is a fun-filled event that focuses on the great outdoors.
OCTOBER
• MusicFest showcases a variety of musical talent and provides fun and entertainment for the whole family.
NOVEMBER
• Downtown Lighting Ceremony kicks off the Christmas season with entertainment and refreshments.
DECEMBER
• Chamber’s annual Christmas Parade is the largest in the state of Arkansas.
