Alhambra has numerous shopping opportunities located in three main areas, including:

Downtown Alhambra
Located in the heart of Alhambra, Alhambra’s oldest established shopping district features over 200 retail, restaurant, entertainment, service and professional businesses. National stores combine with smaller regional businesses to make the Downtown a diverse place to shop.

Fremont Corridor
Fremont Plaza, Fremont & Commonwealth, is a popular retail shopping destination. The Plaza includes Albertson’s, Toys ‘ R’ Us, Party City, Petsmart, plus several fast-food eateries.

Located adjacent to Fremont is the Costco center and Target.

Shops at Alhambra, Fremont & Mission, is a 17,555 sq. ft. retail center featuring a large open air plaza, with retail, restaurant, and service tenants, anchored by Kohl’s Department Store. Other tenants include Starbuck’s, Subway, Pick Up Stix, Red Brick Pizza, Jamba Juice, and Energy First Credit Union.

Valley Blvd.
Valley Blvd. is a vibrant, expansive and diverse financial and commercial district. Catering to the Asian population, Valley Blvd. includes Asian markets, restaurants, retail, banking and other service-oriented business. Valley Blvd. is also home to many well-known national and local retailers. One of the oldest shopping centers in the city, “Valley Marketplace”, is comprised of Big Lots, Staples, Big 5, plus banks, and smaller retail and service businesses.

Auto Row District
Auto Row, Main St., west of Atlantic Blvd., is known throughout the Southern California region for its fine auto dealerships, including Acura, BMW, Buick/Oldsmobile/GMC, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Chrysler/Plymouth/Jeep, Ford, Honda, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Saturn and Toyota.
