The Alhambra Campus, Fremont & Mission, is a 45-acre urban community with more than 20 office buildings encompassing over one million square feet, grouped around a central courtyard with lush gardens and fountains, as well as helipad access. In 2001, its owner, the Ratkovich Company, won the CREW Los Angeles Renaissance Award for “project renovation that has played a critical role in revitalizing Southern California.” Current tenants of the Alhambra include Alliant International University, County of Los Angeles, and the Keck School of Medicine of USC - Master of Health Program and Health Behavior Research Division.

Mission Palm “Industrial” Corridor

The Mission Palm Corridor includes a variety of small- to medium-size companies, most of which are involved in light manufacturing, distribution or service type work.

The Home Depot (the world’s largest home improvement retailer) is located at 500 South Marengo Ave.

The Alhambra Chamber of Commerce represents the interests of the business community by maintaining a strong liaison with the city council and the city government staff. The Chamber is the eyes, ears, and voice of the business community and works daily with local and regional government and business related agencies to protect business interests and to keep the community vital through a dynamic commercial sector.
