In East Anaheim, The Irvine Company is developing the Mountain Park project, which will include up to 2,500 new homes as well as a city fire station, elementary school, public park, trail staging area, and public and private recreational facilities.
In the area surrounding Angel Stadium of Anaheim and Honda Center, dubbed the “Platinum Triangle,” ambitious mixed-use projects are in development to create a vibrant, 24-hour urban environment that could include up to 9,500 housing units,
5 million sq. ft. of office space and more than 2 million sq. ft. of commercial uses.
