The Brawley Chamber of Commerce is a 380-member organization focused on improving the business climate within the city. The Chamber is involved in a number of events and activities to enhance Brawleys economy and quality of life.
Members include businesses, agricultural and industrial interests, as well as professionals.
A 20-member Board of Directors, elected by the general membership, governs the Chamber. The Board meets on a monthly basis and the public is always welcome to attend the meetings.
Chamber-sponsored activities include the annual Cattle Call events, with the exception of the three Professional Rodeo Cowboy Association performances that are coordinated by an independent non-profit organization.
Additional Chamber activities include the Fourth of July "Freedom Fest" held at the Imperial Valley College Campus; "Fun in The Sun" and "The Fine Arts Festival" held in the Brawley Plaza Park.

The Chamber also serves as the communitys "Front Door." It is an information center for out of town visitors, as well as local residents. It promotes local businesses, providing information on services available, location and contact numbers. It also assists in the arrangement of educational and familiarization tours of the county for special out of town visitors and club organizations.
The Chamber also represents Brawley at all levels of government involving itself in the city, state and national issues as an advocate for businesses and the community.
The Brawley Chamber of Commerce is also a member of the Joint Chambers of Commerce, a countywide organization focusing on regional business issues. It is comprised of representatives from each Chamber of Commerce.
The Joint Chambers sponsors an annual countywide Business Showcase each January, promoting a variety of local businesses and services available throughout the Imperial County. The Joint Chambers is also producing a new brochure to promote tourism in Imperial County.
