Harlan Ranch will contain a mixture of housing styles and neighborhoods connected with the business and education centers by walkways. The community will welcome a mix of individuals into the varied, and at times, eclectic design.

For individuals who do not wish or are not ready to own homes, Clovis has a mix of apartments, townhomes and condos available. These homes provide residents with all the advantages of a Clovis address with none of the work associated with home-ownership.
