Clovis Chamber of Commerce
The phrase “Business is our Business” aptly describes the tenets of the Clovis Chamber of Commerce.
This is reflected in our mission statement that serves as a beacon for every course of action taken by the Chamber: “to advocate and support a healthy business environment which improves the quality of life in Clovis.”
To support business, the Clovis Chamber supports its members by offering programs and events that provide opportunities for networking and marketing. In addition to the monthly mixers, we present Speed Networking, Leads Clubs, Toastmasters and the Clovis Works Career and Jobs Fair. The biannual Clovis Advantage Business Trade Shows are so popular for creating leads and new customers that they are immediate sell-outs.
Businesses can grow, thanks to the Clovis Business Center that provides employment supplies and monthly seminars. It also offers business training, counseling and coaching to our members. Our Leadership Clovis program offers unique business and community leadership training opportunities.
A strong business sector is the foundation for all successful communities. The Clovis Chamber tends to the community by presenting the largest events in the Central Valley. April’s BIG Hat Days, the Clovis Motorsports Jamboree in May and ClovisFest in September, bring over a quarter million people to town to shop at area businesses and experience the Clovis Way of Life.
The Clovis Chamber supports the community by supporting the award-winning Clovis Unified School District. Chamber members serve on school committees and work with student volunteers.
The Clovis Chamber also aggressively defends business through our Advocacy program. Whether it’s statewide legislation out of Sacramento or a local issue, the Clovis Chamber is in the forefront protecting the autonomy of business.
The Clovis Chamber is proud to be a part of the success of Clovis and its businesses. We are also very proud of our community. If you are visiting Clovis, we hope your stay is enjoyable.
