Dana Point’s waterfront location affords it plenty of options to enjoy the outdoors. The City manages more than 20 park sites and facilities covering 80-plus acres in the community. Dana Point’s well-maintained beaches are ideal for a number of recreational activities, as well as for relaxation. Beachgoers regularly visit Capistrano Beach, Salt Creek Beach Park, Strands Beach and Doheny State Beach.
