The cash register is always ringing at Fresno area stores and malls, accommodating millions of enthusiastic shoppers every year. The choices are limitless – whether you are looking for clothes, electronics, home improvement and car supplies, novelty gifts, furniture, jewelry and more. Fresno has four malls, containing every imaginable store available, to meet the demands of a diverse and culturally experienced community.

Fulton Mall in Downtown Fresno is the city’s oldest and most creative mall. Within walking distance of all of Fresno’s governmental agencies, Fulton Mall is a four-block outdoor pedestrian mall that features sculptures, gardens, fountains and shaded seating areas. Its merchants offer a variety of goods including furniture, jewelry and clothing.

Sierra Vista Mall is a 78-acre shopping center with Target, Sears and a stadium, 16-screen movie theater as its anchors and 80 retail businesses. Sierra Vista Mall includes an outdoor lifestyle area with a community park/concert area, beautiful fountains and landscaping. We are located on the southeast corner of Shaw and Clovis avenues in Clovis. For store information please contact Customer Service at (559) 299-0660.

Fig Garden Village is a quaint collection of 50 of Fresno’s finest fashion, gift and specialty stores. Located at Palm and Shaw, it offers world-class dining at some of the area’s most well-known places to eat. The Ripe Tomato, The Elbow Room and Bulldog Brewery tempt the taste buds with a wide assortment of culinary classics that will leave you wanting more.

Fashion Fair Mall is Fresno’s biggest indoor mall. Located at Shaw Avenue off Highway 41, it houses 120 stores and three major department stores, including JCPenney and Macy’s. After a hard day of shopping, stop at the Food Fair, an international food court that offers more than 10 different varieties of food for the whole family to enjoy.

The city’s cultural center, the Tower District, is a Fresno icon, bringing together the past and the present along with the future in a nice blend of specialty stores and shops. Renowned for its historic architecture and use of neon lights, the Tower District is an experience that you will not soon forget. Restaurants, florists, art galleries, retail shops and antique stores make this place incomparable to any other in and around the City of Fresno.

Manchester Center was the first regional mall in Fresno. Its central location and strong population base have always made it an attractive retail site. Today it has been redeveloped into a mixed-use facility that is built on its retail core. There are 640,000 square feet of GLA anchored by Sears. The Manchester Center Sears location is in the top 100 of the company as far as sales are concerned and generates a great deal of foot traffic. Other retailers include Radio Shack, Avenue, Footlocker, Payless Shoe Source and Sally Beauty Supply, just to name a few. Other amenities include a barbershop, hair salon, nail salon, dental clinic, Credit Union and City Utilities pay center. In addition, Regal Cinemas occupies an 80,000-square-foot, 4,000-seat facility. Our mixed-use concept continues on the second floor and east wing of the property, which has been successfully converted into office space. Also located on the second floor is our thriving food court area, which boasts a seating capacity of over 225 with five fast food retailers.

Manchester Center offices house some 2,000 employees for whom the convenience of shopping and dining on the property is important. Manchester Center also hosts weekend events that bring the community closer together.
