Renaissance Pleasure Faire
“Where all the Faire's a Stage, and Fantasy Rules the Land...!" The Original Renaissance Faire was founded in 1962 right here in Southern California. The faire relocated its operation to Irwindale in 2005. Its tranquil, lakeside setting allows you to be transported back in time to the Elizabethan era. While costuming is not required, many attendees enjoy the opportunity to attire themselves in the style of the times. We hope you can join us each spring for seven weekends to explore and take in the sites, sounds and flavors of the day. Boldly join in the play or quietly stroll the merry lanes of the faire. Your visit is sure to be an experience that you'll treasure forever.
Toyota Speedway of Irwindale
The Speedway features a wide, 1Ú2-mile, high-banked oval “mini-super speedway” located on 63 acres directly adjacent to the 605 Freeway. Racing fans across the U.S. recognize the track as being the most high-tech raceway in the nation. With 6,500 seats, this facility, built in 1999, boasts all of the accommodations of the newest giant super tracks. Luxury suites, stadium lighting, close-in parking for over 2,500 cars, fully paved and lighted pits, a well-equipped NASCAR tech building and top flight on-site food service are some of the reasons that make Toyota Speedway of Irwindale the perfect destination for race car drivers and their fans.
