Board of Directors – The Board of Directors is made up of 16 volunteer leaders who are elected by the general membership. The Board of Directors are all decision makers within their companies. Each may serve up to three two-year terms. The members of the Board represent all types of businesses, from sole proprietors to large national corporations, and include many ethnicities. This diversity allows us to develop policies and strategies that have greater impact for our unique business needs.

Business Ambassadors – The mission of the Business Ambassadors is to connect and strengthen business relationships, communicate Chamber benefits, bring exposure to its members and help businesses reach their ultimate goals. Of all the volunteers in the Chamber, the Business Ambassadors are among the most active. They participate in numerous special events throughout the year, providing the Chamber with hundreds of hours of volunteer time, in addition to attending monthly Chamber-sponsored functions. Active participation by Business Ambassadors helps to improve communication within the business community, which in turn strengthens the image of the Chamber.

Cornerstones of Irwindale Commerce – The Cornerstone Club was created to prominently recognize businesses whose continual support has been instrumental in the growth of the Irwindale business community through the Chamber. Cornerstone Club members receive expanded visibility throughout the year by prominent inclusion in the Chamber's newsletter, website, business directory and at numerous special events.

Environmental Committee – Formed in 2000, the committee was organized to provide a forum to exchange ideas and incubate relationships that could assist local businesses in preventing or managing environmental and safety challenges. The committee is now a robust group of talented members from the public and private sectors, utilities and nonprofit organizations committed to fostering a healthy, safe and prepared community.

Legislative Business Affairs – The Irwindale Chamber Legislative Business Affairs Committee utilizes the Irwindale Chamber’s Legislative Priorities platform to determine which legislative, regulatory and governmental issues the Chamber should support or oppose. We then inform legislators of the Chamber's positions. This committee also works to keep the members of the Chamber informed and educated on issues facing the business community by having forums for our businesses to meet and hear from our legislators.
