Eastern Madera County is a great place to hold your business, social, religious, or organization conference. With Yosemite National Park as a backdrop, many groups use our conference facilities to allow attendees to have the opportunity to see one of the most majestic natural wonders of the world.
The Pines Resort and Conference Center
in the Sierra National Forest on the north shore of Bass Lake features 50 acres devoted to 84 two-story chalets and 20 richly appointed suites. Twelve of the lake front suites have in-room spas. Visitors may request accommodations with a desk and data ports for state-of-the-art convenience.
The meeting rooms and banquet facilities here can accommodate 400 guests, with video conferencing and software available for professional presentations.
Episcopal Conference Center
in Oakhurst (ECCO) has been serving Eastern Madera County for 22 years. Owned by the Episcopal Diocese of San Joaquin, ECCO has matured at a quiet, steady pace in keeping with the tranquility of its 160 acres of forests and meadows. Thanks to its seclusion just off Highway 41, guests enjoy watching ducks, herons, mud hens and other waterfowl settle on its pond throughout the year.
Used primarily as a conference center, ECCO can house up to 150 people. A variety of well-appointed meeting rooms offer church, educational and non-profit organizations a place to meet in perfect serenity. A superb dining room accommodates groups as small as 15 to banquets of more than 200.

Full amenities, fine and casual dining, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, spa, and a concierge with a non-stop list of activities makes the Tenaya another premium choice for your meeting or conference. Conference rooms can accommodate smaller meeting groups and the banquet facilities can go from a small facility that will comfortably hold 50–100 guests and can expand to accommodate several hundred.
Oakhurst Community Center
The Community Center of Oakhurst serves as the social hub for Oakhurst and its surrounding mountain area. Thanks to the immaculately well-kept landscape and outdoor stage, the Community Center is a magnet for weddings and receptions, anniversary celebrations, birthday parties and class reunions.
But it’s also a draw for everyday life as well. Square and Round Dance clubs meet regularly at the Center, along with the Mountain Community Women, Weight Watchers and other organizations. The Department of Motor Vehicles provides services at the Center each Tuesday, and the Oakhurst Community Advisory Council meets regularly on the last Thursday of each month.
The main hall, which can hold up to 300 people, features a hardwood floor, large stage area and an excellent sound system. Additional rooms make the ideal place for smaller meetings and events.
Chukchansi Gold Resort and Casino
Located in Coarsegold, the Chukchansi is a great choice if you need a facility located a little closer to Fresno, yet still an easy drive into Yosemite. The Chukchansi offers the largest meeting room in Eastern Madera County, the Half Dorne Theatre can accommodate over 1,000 guests. They also have several smaller meeting rooms, seven restaurants, and 24-hour slot machines, gaming tables, and more.
