We have a hometown feeling that has been embraced by both residents and visitors. Notwithstanding that, Oxnard is the largest city in Ventura County; it is known as "The City That Cares."

We are fortunate to have a dedicated city council and progressive city management. Oxnard has won numerous awards for its innovative means of addressing the challenges of a growing population.

With miles of beautiful beaches, a sparking harbor, museums, festivals, shopping, cultural events and all kinds of recreational activities, Oxnard is the perfect destination for visitors. It has a wide variety of hotels, resorts and every culinary liking. The climate alone is a great reason to visit Oxnard.
