contentsOxnard CA Chamberads

Welcome to the Oxnard Business and Community Guide. The Chamber of Commerce is pleased to provide this publication to visitors, residents, potential residents and businesses of all types and sizes. We have endeavored to capture the dynamic characteristics of our community in this guide to provide readers with a true sense of Oxnard and its assets. In addition to the valuable information about our wonderful city, the Chamber Membership and Buyer’s Guide are also included. We ask that you consider an Oxnard Chamber of Commerce member when in need of goods and services. These are businesses that support our community and the efforts of the Chamber.

The Oxnard Chamber of Commerce is proud to be a vibrant and active organization that strives to represent the interests of business with government, promote the community, encourage a strong local economy, advocate political action and provide marketing and networking opportunities to our members. In addition to those priorities, the Chamber acts as an ombudsman for local businesses. We are extremely involved with local issues that affect the ability to conduct business and promote a high quality of life.

Diversity thrives in Oxnard. As you will see from the demographic data in this guide, our community is home to a population from many backgrounds. We have a hometown feeling that has been embraced by both residents and visitors. Notwithstanding that, Oxnard is the largest city in Ventura County. We are fortunate to have a dedicated city council and progressive city management that reflect our tagline, "The City That Cares." Oxnard has won numerous awards for its innovative approach to addressing the challenges of a growing population and being sensitive to our coastal environment.

With miles of beautiful beaches, a sparkling harbor, museums, festivals, shopping, cultural events and all kinds of recreational activities, Oxnard is the perfect destination for visitors. We have a wide variety of hotels, resorts and every culinary liking. The climate alone is a great reason to live in or visit Oxnard.

Thank you for your interest in the Oxnard Business and Community Guide. If you are a visitor to our city, we hope you will consider staying for awhile. If you have an Oxnard business, we hope you are (or will be!) a member of the Chamber of Commerce. If you are currently a member of the Chamber, we thank you for supporting the organization that supports business!
