The 436-bed acute care Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center (www.pvhmc) is nationally recognized as a 100 Top Hospital. The not-for-profit teaching hospital serves eastern Los Angeles and western San Bernardino counties. In addition to its national designation, PVHMC is also recognized throughout the state and the region for outstanding medical care and the efficient use of resources. CASA COLINA HOSPITAL FOR REHABILITATIVE MEDICINE
Casa Colina Hospital (www.casacolina.org) is a fully licensed and accredited acute-care hospital that provides medical rehabilitation services. The hospital has special facilities for physical restoration – such as a therapeutic swimming pool, rehabilitation gym, adapted fitness center and state-of-the-art therapy equipment. With specialized caregivers and support staff, Casa Colina serves children and adults who have been disabled by injuries, chronic disorders and illnesses.

The hospital also has a sub-acute rehabilitation unit and outpatient clinics, and provides case management and patient/family support services.

WESTERN UNIVERSITY OF HEALTH SCIENCES
Founded in 1977, Western University of Health Sciences is a non-profit, graduate university for health professions. The university’s campus includes nine major buildings on 22 acres in downtown Pomona.
