Monterey Marketplace
Monterey Marketplace is fast becoming one of the most visited shopping centers in the Palm Springs Valley. It is located at the southwest corner of Monterey Avenue and Dinah Shore Drive, just off of Interstate 10. This close proximity to I-10 provides easy access to shoppers from throughout the Palm Springs Valley. Further enticing visitors is the Costco center located across Dinah Shore Drive and the new Desert Gateway Center with Wal-Mart and Sam’s Club located across Monterey Avenue.

Anchoring Monterey Marketplace is the 3,315-seat Regal Cinemas 16 that offers state-of-the-art seating and sound. Additional anchors include Home Depot, Linens-N-Things, Clark’s Nutrition grocery store and Pacific Sales Kitchen & Bath Center. Restaurants at Monterey Marketplace include IHOP, Red Robin, McDonald’s, Wendy’s, Subway, It’s a Grind Coffee, Panda Express, Tortilla Express, Sushi Manbo, Juice It Up and Yogurt, Etc. The River at Rancho Mirage
The River at Rancho Mirage, one of the most magnificent shopping, dining and entertainment centers in the Palm Springs Valley, is a 30-acre waterfront development located at Bob Hope Drive and Highway 111. The River, with its many water features and pedestrian-friendly atmosphere, has become the “downtown” of Rancho Mirage. Current tenants include Robann’s Jewelers, Tulip Hill Winery, Ulta Cosmetics, Cheesecake Factory, P.F. Chang’s, Babe’s Bar-B-Que & Brewery, Piero’s Acqua Pazza, Johnny Rockets, the Yard House, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse, Maki Maki, Century Theatres, Borders Books and Music, Hallmark Gallery, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, Baja Fresh, Starbucks Coffee, Ben and Jerry’s, Loran Loran Day Spa and a number of additional specialty retail shops.

People from throughout the Palm Springs Valley, Southern California and beyond are coming to enjoy the many amenities offered at The River. In fact, the response has been so positive that The River has created a ripple effect along Highway 111, transforming it into a vibrant commercial area.

Rancho Las Palmas Shopping Center
Adjacent to The River, Rancho Las Palmas Shopping Center is a popular 20-acre neighborhood shopping center with a grocery and drug store and several restaurants and banks. Other tenants include Lady Golf, Draper’s & Damon’s, Signature Florist, Elegant Eye Optometry, Advanced Hearing Services, Impression Dry Cleaners, Bouchee Fine Foods, Thai Smile, ShapeXpress, Tuesday Morning and coming in early 2008, the Rancho Mirage Chamber of Commerce.

Pavilions Shopping Center
Pavilions Shopping Center, located at the corner of Bob Hope Drive and Gerald Ford Drive, is a 100,000-square-foot modern neighborhood shopping center anchored by a recently renovated Pavilions grocery store. It is located in the heart of the Palm Springs Valley and is the only neighborhood center within a two-mile radius.

Businesses at the center include Mission Hills Dry Cleaners, Azra’s Beauty Supply & Salon, Fantasy Nails, Midori’s Japanese Restaurant, Great Clips, Tony’s Men’s Wear, Desert Runner Mail Boxes Plus, Fast Frame, Altura Credit Union, Mirage Dermatology and Empire Physicians Group, Chevron, Windermere Real Estate Washington Mutual Bank, Imagine Gifts and Notables and Lotus Chinese restaurant.

Country Club Village
Country Club Village is located at the southwest corner of Monterey Avenue and Country Club Drive. This 10-acre neighborhood shopping center is anchored by a 59,074-square-foot Albertson’s grocery store.

The center also offers many specialty retail stores and restaurants. Tenants include Video Depot, Starbuck’s Coffee, Hair Masters, Better Nails, California Juice Cafe, Help U Hear, El Paseo Bank, Goody’s Café, Golden Spoon Restaurant and Shangai Inn. Actor and local restaurateur William Devane opened a restaurant just a few doors down from Albertson’s.

Agua Caliente Resort & Casino
Newly annexed into the city limits and among the City’s top tourism attractions, the Agua Caliente Casino (32-250 Bob Hope Drive) is a full-amenity casino that features over 1,000 state-of-the-art gambling machines, 46 gaming tables and a high-limit gaming area. The casino also includes six restaurants and a cabaret-style lounge. The new 15-story hotel and conference center is due to open this spring.
