Monterey Marketplace
Monterey Marketplace is fast becoming one of the most visited shopping centers in the Palm Springs Valley. It is located at the southwest corner of Monterey Avenue and Dinah Shore Drive, just off of Interstate 10. It is located in the heart of the Palm Springs Valley and is the only neighborhood center within a two-mile radius.

Country Club Village

Country Club Village is located at the southwest corner of Monterey Avenue and Country Club Drive. This 10-acre neighborhood shopping center is anchored by a 59,074-square-foot Albertson’s grocery store.

The center also offers many specialty retail stores and restaurants. Tenants include Video Depot, Starbuck’s Coffee, Hair Masters, Better Nails, California Juice Cafe, Help U Hear, El Paseo Bank, Goody’s Café, Golden Spoon Restaurant and Shangai Inn. Actor and local restaurateur William Devane opened a restaurant just a few doors down from Albertson’s.

Agua Caliente Resort & Casino
Newly annexed into the city limits and among the City’s top tourism attractions, the Agua Caliente Casino (32-250 Bob Hope Drive) is a full-amenity casino that features over 1,000 state-of-the-art gambling machines, 46 gaming tables and a high-limit gaming area. The casino also includes six restaurants and a cabaret-style lounge. The new 15-story hotel and conference center is due to open this spring.
