Chairman’s Message

I am very honored and excited to serve as the Turlock Chamber of Commerce’s Chairman of the Board in 2009. This appointment will give me the opportunity to work on further enhancing the business programs and contribute to the betterment of the community.

With the current economic conditions, it is more vital than ever to have a strong, supportive organization like the Turlock Chamber of Commerce working closely with our elected officials to advocate a positive business climate, promote economic development, and provide essential programs and services to ensure the success of its members and the community.

Our mission is to promote a positive business environment in Turlock and the surrounding area. We stand strong with more than 550 members and will continue to introduce ourselves to prospective members. In the last couple of years our focus on local, county and state legislative issues has increased and that focus will continue. Going forward, we will further enhance the Chamber’s alliance with the City of Turlock, CSU Stanislaus and continue to tackle the tough issues facing our community.
