Five major shopping centers carry everything from everyday necessitates to specialty items. Turlock has something for everyone.

Countryside Plaza
Located at the Fulkerth Avenue exit off of highway 99, Countryside Plaza boasts several major retail stores such as Wal-Mart, Staples and JC Penney’s, as well as auto service centers, eateries and various clothing and apparel boutiques.

Historic Downtown Turlock
Turlock’s historic downtown retail area exudes small town American charm. With Marin Street’s recent multi-million dollar renovation, this shopping area offers some of Turlock’s finest dining and specialty stores, making it the perfect place to take a stroll and see the sights.

Geer Road/University Area
Myriad retailers are located along this major city artery. Look for department and grocery stores, commercial retailers, and gift shops. The area has a major hardware chain, plus fitness centers, footwear and music, art and computer supply stores. It is also next to California State University, Stanislaus.

Monte Vista Crossings
Located at the intersection of Golden State Boulevard, Monte Vista Avenue and Highway 99, MVC is Turlock’s newest shopping center. Kohl’s, Target and Home Depot anchor this well-planned, multi-store complex with continual additions being made to this variety of popular retailers.

Golden State Boulevard
One of Turlock’s main thoroughfares, visitors will find a variety of shopping from party supplies and automotive care to major drug stores and supermarkets. With several small shopping complexes located just off Golden State Blvd., there is much to see in this town.
