Chamber President and CEO Welcome

Welcome to Turlock, the second largest community in Stanislaus County. Turlock lies between the Tuolumne and Merced Rivers and is proud of its agricultural heritage, which continues as the largest industry today.

The Turlock Chamber has taken an active role in the economic growth and stability of our community, and is proud to represent a broad range of businesses: from the smallest entrepreneurs to the largest corporations. The diversity of our membership is reflected in the broad range of initiatives the Chamber takes on each year. As the voice of business in Turlock, the Chamber's goal is to advocate for our members’ best interests and for those of our community.

Turlock has experienced significant growth over the past decade. The Turlock Chamber is pleased to see strong growth of all areas of business, from service to sales to manufacturing.

Turlock takes great pride in its two world-renowned landmarks: MedicAlert Foundation and California State University Stanislaus. While MedicAlert continues to be an innovative leader in the facilitation of health care services, the University is building new facilities and implementing new programs that will provide state-of-the-art higher education. Commercial, industrial, residential and educational growth enhances Turlock’s high standard of living everyday.

Truly, Turlock is located in the “Heart of the Valley.” Within a two to three hour drive, one can be skiing in the Sierra’s world-class snow, shopping in San Francisco, water-skiing at one of many beautiful lakes, or even taking a jaunt to Lake Tahoe or California’s fabulous wine country.

Turlock continues to enjoy a small-town atmosphere and hospitality, all the while embracing the ever-changing dynamics our region. The Turlock Chamber is continuously working with our community leaders to make Turlock a place in which we can be proud to live and raise our families.
