Aurora offers visual arts classes and programs, theatrical productions, special events and various cultural facilities — such as the history museum, art in public places and historic sites. The nearby Denver Performing Arts Complex has eight theaters, and is ranked as the second largest arts complex in the nation. The complex hosts performances of all varieties throughout the year.
