At an elevation of 4961 feet, Deltas mild dry climate is exceptional with warm summer temperatures in the 90s. Autumn is crowned with beautiful colors that lead into our banana belt winter. Blessed with plenty of water, warm days and cool nights, the area produces incredible fruit, produce and row crops such as, broccoli, lettuce, beans and onions. The river valley rises to a series of plateaus, eventually reaching Bureau of Land Management and U. S. Forest Service public lands at elevations up to 11,000 feet.
