With the help of the Cultural Arts Council of Estes Park, many arts and cultural activities thrive. The CAC assists with event scheduling and publicity. The Fine Arts Guild of the Rockies puts on two plays and various fundraisers each year. The Estes Park Music Festival sponsors concerts at the

historic Stanley Hotel on Sunday afternoons from November through April at 2:00 p.m., as well as a series of six summer orchestral concerts. The Art Center of Estes Park hosts monthly exhibits throughout the year, featuring many local and regional artists. The Rocky Ridge Music Center, located nine miles south of town on Highway 7, offers a music school and concerts throughout the summer, performed by both students and faculty.

Numerous other cultural organizations produce concerts, theater, dance recitals and host art shows and sales.

More than 20 art galleries in the Estes Park area feature some of the finest artwork of the Rocky Mountain region. The Cultural Arts Council of Estes Park has also hosted the nationally renowned "Arts for the Parks" exhibit — a national tour of artwork inspired by the national parks.

Estes area museums include the MacGregor Ranch Museum, the Stanley Museum at the historic Stanley Hotel and the Estes Park Area Historical Museum. The town’s public library has been renovated and expanded to contain more than 50,000 volumes, including a section dedicated to Estes Park history.
