In addition to available prime commercial space, such as the State Farm building, the area offers transportation avenues necessary to businesses. The Greeley-Weld County Airport is the fastest growing business aviation facility in Colorado, and it recently spent $14 million to renovate and add a new state-of-the-art runway.
