

There is plenty to see and do in and around Kremmling, with popular spots for sightseeing easily found.
Nearby Fossil Ridge offers a place for geological exploration, while the Rocky Mountain National Park, a quick 45-minute drive, provides extraordinarily awe-inspiring views.
Beginning at the headwaters of the Colorado River up into Kremmling is a section of the Colorado Scenic Byways, and a short 2.3-mile drive west will bring sightseers to Skyline Drive. In addition, there are five popular sightseeing loops that start from Kremmling — make sure to check out the Williams Fork Loop, Church’s Park Loop, Red Dirt Loop, Chimney Rock Loop and Elk Mountain Loop.

Both residents and visitors can also take a step back in time through the area’s several historical sites. Dating back to 1885, the Heritage Park Museum features a well-preserved two-story log homestead.
Known as Fitch Homestead, it can be found neighboring the Livery and Feed building.
Pioneer Village is another must-see, highlighting early tools, clothing and a variety of interesting artifacts throughout its complex.
Take a tour through an 1890s blacksmith shop, a preserved jail, the original county courthouse or the numerous displays at the Grand County Museum, situated within the old Hot Sulphur Springs School.

Standing as one of the oldest homesteads in the Fraser Valley, Cozens Ranch and Stage Stop Museum is a popular tourist attraction in the area. Between 1874 and 1881, the structures were completed, featuring a residence for the family, a small hotel, a stage stop, a dining room and the premier Fraser Valley Post Office.
While touring the main house, visitors can peruse through a number of photographs depicting early life in the Fraser Valley, along with antique items.
Also make sure to visit the area for the widely popular Middle Park Fair and Rodeo, which has such attractions as a CPRA Rodeo, Ranch Rodeo, Open Horse Show, 4-H Show, BBQ and entertainment, among other features!

Dining
Diners have a wide selection of delicious restaurants in the Kremmling area. Sit down for a pizza at the Rocky Mountain Bar & Grill, a prime steak at the Quarter Circle Saloon, authentic Mexican cuisine at Los Amigos or a great burger at Shake ‘N Burger. For a quick fix, Kremmling is home to Subway Sandwiches, and for those craving a flavorful cup of coffee and a tasty pastry, check out Big Shooter Coffee, and breakfast and homestyle meals at the Moose Café.
