Nestled at the foothills of the majestic Rocky Mountain Front Range, the Tri-Lakes region is a blend of small communities: Monument, Palmer Lake, Woodmoor, Gleneagle, Larkspur and Black Forest. This area is located just 15 miles north of Colorado Springs and 30 miles south of Denver. At an average altitude of 7,000 feet, the Tri-Lakes region is named for the three lakes that were the focus of early settlement.
