Cultural activities are provided by such organizations as the Plainville Choral Society. The pavilion at Norton Park serves as a band shelter for a series of summer concerts. During the summer, over 52,000 individuals enjoy the entertainment provided by a variety of musical groups.

Plainville is the home of a 20-screen Loews Cineplex with a seating capacity of 4,300. The theater boasts digital sound, stadium seating and a highly themed design which provides customers with a total entertainment experience.

We are located minutes away from nearby theaters, such as The Bushnell in Hartford, where you can hear symphonies and experience live Broadway productions. There are also many museums in the vicinity to visit, including our own Plainville Historic Center and the nationally acclaimed New Britain Museum of American Art.

Laurel Lanes Bowling Center in Plainville and Lake Compounce Family Theme Park in Southington/Bristol offer much excitement and entertainment for family members of all ages.

Pattonbrook Golf Course in Southington, a lovely 18-hole course open to the public, is only minutes away.
