Melbourne is the locale for three acclaimed entertainment scenes – the 2,000-seat Maxwell C. King Center for the Performing Arts, known for bringing in big name performers and also hailing as the home of the Brevard Symphony Orchestra, the Space Coast Ballet and Roland Jazz Series, and the 226-seat Studio Theatre presenting the “Off-Broadway Series;” the 500-seat Henegar Center for the Arts which is the locale of the Melbourne Ballet Center, the Feller Theatre Academy, Stage One Stars, the Melbourne Art Festival, Special Spotlight Theatre and the Strawbridge Art League; and the more than 1,000-seat Melbourne Auditorium – among other smaller venues.
Each site is equipped with additional space for exhibitions, studios, meeting rooms and more. A variety of performances, exhibits and local events are held at these sites throughout the year.
