Viera continues to grow and develop into a modern community. Home to nearly 17,000 residents in just over 7,200 homes, Viera prides itself on offering the highest quality of life. By 2020, the Viera area’s population is expected to reach 45,000.
Standing as South Brevard County’s largest beachside community, and currently celebrating its 50th anniversary, Satellite Beach provides its populace of approximately 11,000 beautiful housing options along its extensive beaches, local shopping centers and parks and recreation facilities.
