Coral Springs is served by two world-class medical facilities, Coral Springs Medical Center and Northwest Medical Center.

Coral Springs Medical Center is fully accredited for all services by the Joint Commission, the national accrediting body for most hospitals designed to ensure that the medical center provides safe, high-quality care, treatment and services.

In recent years, the hospital has launched a comprehensive orthopedics program specializing in joint replacements for adults and sports injuries for children. In addition, Coral Springs Medical Center has a center for wound care and hyperbaric medicine, a sleep disorders center, a wide variety of health education programs and a women’s diagnostic & wellness center, offering comprehensive wellness and diagnostic outpatient services for women of all ages.

Its 24-hour emergency room, together with ER for Kids (which also includes 24-hour pediatric care), offers a Fast Track program for patients identified as "less critical," with a goal of providing quality care with a quicker turn-around time. Along with specializing in top-notch medical care, Coral Springs Medical Center takes pride in offering award-winning maternity care and pediatric services.Founded in 1984, Northwest Medical Center has evolved into a 215-bed medical center and healthcare complex, continuously expanding and bringing on the latest technology to provide state-of-the-art services. Recently, Northwest received the designation by the Joint Commission as a Primary Stroke Center. In December of 2007, Northwest received approval from the State of Florida to perform Emergency Angioplasty, a life-saving procedure in case of a heart attack.

Medical services range from labor and delivery to pediatrics to elder care on an inpatient or outpatient basis. Other specialty services that the facility features are its Center of Excellence for Bariatric Surgery, cardiology, cancer care, a stroke program, neurosurgery, oncology, orthopedics services, pediatrics, the Spine Institute, a center for sleep disorders, wound healing center and occupational health services.

Northwest Medical Center is staffed by a diverse multicultural team of nearly 600 physicians and 900 healthcare professionals who recognize and affirm the unique and intrinsic worth of each individual on a daily basis.
