From historical mansions, condominiums, garden villas to apartments, duplexes or graceful, modern developments composed of modern single-family homes, Sebring offers a wide selection of housing, with something for every taste. Empty lots are still available for those who like their dreams to start from scratch.
Whether you want no outside maintenance or a multiple acre ranch; to live on a golf course or beside a lake, Chamber member realtors are ready to listen to your needs.

Sebring also has an assortment of rental properties, available on a seasonal or year-round basis. Property for sale or rent can often be found in the classified section of the local newspapers.
A number of quality homebuilders in the county have affordable plans to meet any lifestyle and taste. Many homebuilders are members of the Chamber, as are home inspection firms, mortgage companies, attorneys and insurance agents. Every specialty is represented in Sebring.
Several planned communities make up a part of greater Sebring.

The Sun ’N Lake Improvement District is a 7,000-acre community established by the County Commission in 1974. The neighborhood provides a wide range of residential choices supported with an infrastructure of well-maintained streets, bridges and sidewalks as well as schools, a country club, two golf courses and recreation facilities that include tennis and pickle ball courts. Another planned community in the area is the Highlands Ridge and Golf Hammock. Both developments are members of the Chamber.
Sebring has a significant retirement population and as a result, it also has many communities specifically designed for senior residents. They offer 55 and older independent, maintenance-free living with recreational facilities, social programs and a central clubhouse. Some facilities offer a more structured environment providing meal, laundry and housekeeping services or medical assistance. Some facilities have an activities director on staff offering field trips and special programs, or helping residents adapt to different living arrangements as their needs change.
