From Music to Art

The Walton County Music Guild is a gem waiting to be discovered by residents and visitors alike. The Guild plans and produces a variety of musical delights including concerts and musical productions featuring prominent voice and orchestral talent. Many of the Guild’s productions are provided free to the public. There is also a music enrichment program for students in the area that provides music instruction and scholarships for aspiring musicians.

The Monroe Art Guild houses multiple galleries featuring works of art that includes photography and pottery. There are classes and workshops offered in a variety of mediums, as well as an Art for Kids program. On Stage, Inc. produces three theatrical performances throughout the year in the historic playhouse. Social Circle is also home to live theater. The Social Circle Theater is a community theater whose productions feature the past and present way of life in Social Circle.
