Jensen Grove is the centerpiece of Blackfoot’s parks, and features a picnic shelter and tables, walking path, skateboard park, playground
area, disk-golf course and a 55-acre lake for swimming, waterskiing and personal
watercraft opportunities.
Blackfoot Golf Course is an 18-hole course rated among the top five in Idaho. There are also countless opportunities for outdoor recreation, and sports including baseball, softball,
soccer, tennis and
swimming.
Commemorating the world of Idaho’s Famous Potatoes, the Potato Expo is located in the old railroad depot on Main Street. Here you will find information about potato history, growth and harvesting, processing, nutrition and potato trivia.
The Bingham County Historical Museum is located in Blackfoot. A unique, restored 1905 homestead at 190 N. Shilling, it contains a gun collection, Native American artifacts and antique
home furnishings.
