Government

Addison government officials work hard to ensure that the village continues to grow and thrive. The officials, including the Mayor, six Trustees and the Village Clerk, are elected to four-year terms. The Village Manager is an appointed professional to oversee the day-to-day functions of the government.

Services are provided from the following four facilities in the village:

Village Hall, located at 1 Friendship Plaza, includes the Administration, Finance, Community Development, and Community Relations/Cable Television Departments. Village Board and Committee meetings are held at this location, and meeting room facilities are available for community organizations. The Addison Field Court is located at 3 Friendship Plaza, and the Addison Police Department is located in an adjacent building in the same complex.
