About the Company

The overwhelming, encroaching tide of convenience foods, dehydrated ingredients, synthetic sauces and frozen products threatens to engulf us all. Not only are our palates being slowly and insidiuously brutalized, but we are in danger of forgetting the aroma, taste and appearance of good, well prepared food.

Culinary Arts, Inc. is chef owned and operated. Both Rick & Mary Ann Voudrie are members of the American Culinary Federation. Chef Rick has been a member of the American Culinary Federation since 1984. He has served as the President of the Illinois Executive Chef's Association. His training is in Classical French Cuisine and the art of garde mange. Both Chef Rick and Mary have won several culinary competitions including "Best Dessert" at the 1999 Taste of Springfield.
