Carol Stream Town Center
The Town Center, located at the southwest corner of Gary Avenue and Lies Road, is the site of the annual summer concert series and other seasonal cultural events.
Additional improvements at Hiawatha Drive and St. Charles Road earned this community enhancement project the prestigious Award of Merit for Outstanding Public Development by the Illinois Consulting Engineers Society.
