
The Carol Stream Historic Farmhouse, located at 301 W. Lies Rd. across from the Ross Ferraro Town Center, is a meeting place for the Carol Stream Historical Society and when not in use is available for private rental.
Sales meetings, corporate training sessions and retreats, bridal/baby showers and anniversary parties are some of the types of events the Historic Farmhouse can accommodate. The newly remodeled and handicap accessible farmhouse has a mid-size reception room, a dining room decorated in a turn of the century motif, a catering kitchen for food and beverage service, tables, a projection screen and can comfortably host a private gathering of 43 people.
The grounds of the Historic Farmhouse have the charm of the 19th century, with a sprawling front lawn, a restored windmill, a vintage farm tractor, and a gazebo. It is available for private outdoor gatherings during the late spring, summer and early fall months.
