The range of living options offers exciting variation in Hyde Park. A 4,700-square-foot seven-bedroom, three-bathroom home sells for under $900,000. A few select properties join millionaire’s row. Such diversity has earned us nicknames like "Hot Hyde Park" in the press.

And because housing values in Hyde Park have increased at rates much higher than the average for Chicago, residential real estate remains a profitable investment; a benefit not many homeowners can claim these days.
