The Kane County Events Center Park is an 18-acre park that provides an extensive venue for picnics and parties. Seven park districts serve the entire Kane County region, each maintaining beautiful parks and recreation facilities.
Shopping districts and dining abound throughout Kane County’s diverse communities: Elgin’s State Street Market Shops houses 35 unique shops in proximity of great eateries; Saint Charles’ Historic Downtown area is filled with antique shops and delectable dining options; the Kane County Flea Market, located on the Kane County Fairgrounds, is one of the largest flea markets in the Midwest; Geneva’s Third Street District has 100 unique specialty shops; and Aurora is home to the Chicago Premium Outlets, a 120-store facility offering top-designer bargains—to name a few.
