BANNOCKBURN
Stretching over 2.5 square miles, Bannockburn’s more than 1,400 residents take pleasure in the private suburban lifestyle offered in this community. Beautiful homes, equipped with land ranging between two and four acres, line the streets of Bannockburn, a village nestled in a quiet setting among the thriving centers of Lincolnshire, Lake Forest, Highland Park and Deerfield, not to mention its proximity to the bustling downtown Chicago area. BEACH PARK
Beach Park, positioned amid Zion and Waukegan, was formed from areas of unincorporated Lake County, receiving its incorporation in 1989. The 12,400-populace community sits along Illinois Beach State Park to its east, adding to its truly unique appeal.
