
BUFFALO GROVE
Over 44,500 people reside within Buffalo Grove, a community located 35 miles northwest of downtown Chicago and one which overlaps both Cook and Lake Counties.

DEER PARK
The village of Deer Park sits just east of Barrington and south of Lake Zurich, overlapping Cook County and Lake County.

Access to U.S. 53 is attainable through Lake-Cook Road, or County Line Road, as well as Rand Road (U.S. 12). U.S. 52 offers a link to the Northwest Tollway (Interstate 90). Recreation is abundant through a collection of facilities and leisure areas. Cuba Marsh and Ela Marsh bring in bird-watchers and nature enthusiasts, while the Deer Grove Forest Preserve is a site for picnicking, ball fields, a five-acre lake for fishing, biking and hiking trails, ski trails and more. DEERFIELD
Deerfield covers seven square miles in Lake County, hailing as the home of nearly 18,500 residents.

Downtown Chicago is easily reachable by U.S. Route 41, Interstate 94 and Metra’s Milwaukee District/North Line, which offers two stations within Deerfield. Air transportation can be accessed within 30 miles at O’Hare Airport and Midway Airport. Twenty parks spanning 331 acres are located in the community, coupled with a community center, field house, two public swimming pools, ball fields and a 131-acre golf course. FOREST LAKE
Forest Lake is a small town of just over 1,500 residents, nestled among the larger communities of Kildeer, Lake Zurich, Deer Park, Mundelein and North Barrington. Forest Lake sits a mere 20 miles from O’Hare Airport and 36 miles from Midway Airport. The median home value of the area continues to rise, currently standing at nearly $260,000, an increase from $189,200 in 2000.
