North Chicago, Old Mill Creek, Park City, Riverwoods and Round Lake

NORTH CHICAGO

With a population exceeding 36,000, North Chicago provides its growing residential base with a diverse array of housing options, nestled near the city’s top amenities.

PARK CITY

Providing convenient north-south access to and from Park City are U.S. Route 41 and State Route 43, with east-west access offered through State Route 120. Centrally located halfway between Chicago and Milwaukee, Round Lake is home to more than 10,000 and growing, with new subdivisions and business ventures sprouting up throughout the village. Positioned in the northeastern section of the county, Round Lake has access to several natural recreation spots, along with a number of parks and other services provided by the Round Lake Area Park District. Education can be found through a handful of school districts that serve the village.
