
For those students who anticipate enrolling in an institution of higher learning upon graduation from high school, Lisle offers several options right within the community.

Established in 1887, Benedictine University provides its student-base of more than 4,500 with an outstanding Catholic, liberal arts education at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Students have access to a multitude of courses and degree programs in a variety of fields, along with a number of campus activities and organizations. The university’s 108-acre campus in Lisle meets the diverse needs of its students, with a comprehensive science facility, expansive library and a modern athletic center. Opened in 2004, this multi-million dollar Sports Complex features a 3,000-seat stadium, an Olympic-sized track and proudly calls itself home to the Chicago Bandits and the DuPage Dragons.
Lisle is also home to a University College of Northwood University campus. This specific program is designed for busy, working adults who are in search of opportunities to earn a four-year degree. Students interested in enrolling must have previously earned an associate degree or significant college credit and have a minimum of three years work experience. Highly motivated adults are given the chance to earn a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management or Marketing Management within an accelerated time frame. Programs are offered at the Lisle Program Center, as well as through evening, weekend and online courses.
New to Lisle is a campus of National-Louis University, located at Route 53 and Warrenville Road. NLU specializes in business, education and specific fields in the liberal arts. It offers a host of both graduate and undergraduate programs.
Many Lisle students also take advantage of the affordable tuition and wide range of courses available at the College of DuPage, in nearby Glen Ellyn. This two-year community college offers transfer degrees, occupational programs, community-based courses and non-credit special interest programs.
